DISCOVERING YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF- March 10, 2018

Jeff Davis conducted a process of answering a few simple questions to reveal where life may not be aligned or congruent with your authentic self. Many people move through life unconsciously following a script or set of beliefs that was written for them by others.

When our life is not congruent with who we are, negative results may show up in any area of life, such as our health, relationships, career, or spiritual. We may then doubt ourselves as we experience discontent or have a longing for more from our life. Or, move into the retirement years and feel unfulfilled without a daily schedule or having the identity or label for ourselves.
